German hausfraus upset as birds poo on their cars

If you thought that angry people pointing at the thing that has annoyed them for their local newspaper is a phenomenon purely in the English-speaking world, then you are wrong.

Here are some of the inhabitants of the German city of Wolfsburg taking it out on the local bird population:

Wolfsburg Allgemeiner Zeitung (in German): Residents furious that birds are crapping all over their shiny new Volkswagens

What I have learned from this article: Vogeldreck is German for bird poo.

And if it’s good enough for a city that Hitler built for car production, it’s good enough for an English city built for cruel genetic experiments:

Stoke Sentinel: Drivers sick of parking under tree and finding their cars covered in bird crap

With a picture of a poo, in case you didn’t know what a poo looks like.

“This tree is a menace to everyone who has a car,” they say.
I’ve just been outside, and there it was, in the car park, sneaking up on my Mini Cooper.
